Art Rage

Recently I came across a really cool piece of software that lets you simulate actual paint on actual canvas. The program is called Art Rage and was developed here in NZ.

Now, I'm no artist but the program is a ton of fun and I'm even playing with the idea of getting a couple of books out from the library on painting and drawing and purchasing a graphics tablet. Yes, the program is that cool. So cool, it will actually make you want to learn to draw.

The best thing about it is that it's dirt cheap. $20 usd for the registered version.

Creative software of this caliber deserves to be recognised.
